As a small operation, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, but we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully review our policy below:

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges in the following situations:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you at no extra cost. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
• Wrong Size or Color: If we accidentally send you the wrong size or color, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For both of these situations, we will cover the shipping costs.

Exchanges for Customer Preference (Size/Color Change)

If you receive the correct item but wish to exchange it for a different size or color, we are happy to process the exchange, though the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Conditions for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the item meets the following criteria:

• The item is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exchanges Must Be Requested Within 7 Days

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchange requests after this period.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged item, or the wrong item, kindly reach out to us at support@baatin.store as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@baatin.store with the following details:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue (defective, wrong size/color, etc.)
• Photographs of the item (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
